Poker is a card game of chance, but it’s also a game of psychology and game theory. In the long run, the players who win the most are those who are able to best balance risk with their chances of winning. To do this, they must be able to make good decisions while under pressure. The first round of betting begins after all players receive their two hole cards. Once the initial forced bets have been made, one additional card is dealt face up. This is called the flop and it starts the second round of betting.<\/p>\n
